AllShine keeps its gutter cleaning rates competitive and offers the pressure washing method to clean your gutter pans, flush your downspouts and clean the mess. The debris will be blown off the concrete and sidewalk areas and excess debris will be bagged and put in the garbage.
We will be careful around the swimming pool and other delicate areas taking your home and landscape into consideration winding the water hose, shutting off the water, closing gates, and picking up our trash when we are done.
Gutter Cleaning Prices
For a one or two-story home 1,500 sq ft, or less the average cost is around $99.
For a one or two-story home up to 2,000 sq ft, the average cost is around $150 to $175.
For a one or two-story home up to 2,500 sq ft, the average cost is around $200.
For a one or two-story home up to 3,000 sq ft, the average cost is around $239.
For a one or two-story home up to 4,000 sq ft, the average cost is around $275.
For a one or two-story home up to 5,000 sq ft, the average cost is around $325.
For a one or two-story home up to 6,000 sq ft, the average cost is around $425.
For a one or two-story home up to 6,000 sq ft, the average cost is around $450.
For a one or two-story home up to 7,000 sq ft, the average cost is around $500.
For a one or two-story home up to 8,000 sq ft, the average cost is around $550.
For a one or two-story home up to 9,000 sq ft, the average cost is around $600.
For a one or two-story home up to 10,000 sq ft, the average cost is around $650.
Clogged Downspouts
Other charges may apply if the downspouts are clogged up and need to be taken apart to clear the debris. Take apart downspout – approx. $50 up to $75 each on average.
Gutter Guards
Other charges may apply if you have gutter guards on the gutters that must be removed in order to clean out the gutters and flush the downspouts.
Roof Cleaning
Other charges may apply if there is gutter debris buildup or on the roof. Roof cleaning is approx. $50 to 100 extra on average.
Unattached Building
Other charges may apply if there is an unattached building that needs gutter cleaning.
Miner Gutter Repairs
Miner Gutter Repair – approx. $30 up to $75 each on average.
Snake Underground Lines
Occasionally the underground gutter drains become clogged. Allshine service technicians can use a snake to unclog the drain allowing the system to drain properly. The average cost to snake the underground drain is $100 per drain.
Gutter Guard Installation
We purchase standard mesh screens from home depot.
Gutter guards – approx. $6 per foot for the entire house
Gutter guards (small areas) – approx. $7 to $10 per ft
We do not accept cash, please give the service technician a check at the time of service written to Allshine Services with sales tax included or you can pay with a credit card or debit card at no charge to you.
We have a $150.00 minimum charge for service except for homes under 1,500 sq ft, the minimum charge is $99
We charge 8.25% sales tax on the total bill.
